Common use of Receipt by Trustee Clause in Contracts

Receipt by Trustee. In accordance with Sections 10.03 and 14.04 of the Base Indenture, the parties acknowledge that the Trustee has received an Officers' Certificate and an Opinion of Counsel as conclusive evidence that this Supplemental Indenture complies with the Indenture.

Receipt by Trustee. In accordance with Sections 304(a)(vi), 10.03 and 14.04 of the Base Indenture, the parties acknowledge that the Trustee has received an Officers' Certificate and an Opinion of Counsel as conclusive evidence that this Supplemental Indenture No. 5 complies with the Indenture.

Receipt by Trustee. In accordance with Sections 10.03 and 14.04 of the Base Indenture, the parties acknowledge that the Trustee has received an Officers' Certificate and an Opinion of Counsel as conclusive evidence that this Supplemental Indenture No. 4 complies with the Indenture.

Receipt by Trustee. In accordance with Sections 10.03 and 14.04 of the Base Indenture, the parties acknowledge that the Trustee has received an Officers' Certificate and an Opinion of Counsel as conclusive evidence that this Supplemental Indenture No. 3 complies with the Indenture.

Receipt by Trustee. In accordance with Sections 10.03 9.06 and 14.04 11.04 of the Base Indenture, the parties acknowledge that the Trustee has received an Officers' Certificate and an Opinion of Counsel as conclusive evidence that this Fourth Supplemental Indenture complies with the applicable requirements of the Indenture.

In accordance with Sections 10.03 9.6, 10.4 and 14.04 11.4 of the Base Indenture, the parties acknowledge that the Trustee has received an Officers' ’ Certificate and an Opinion of Counsel as conclusive evidence that this Fourth Supplemental Indenture complies with the applicable requirements of the Indenture.

Receipt by Trustee. In accordance with Sections 10.03 9.6, 10.4 and 14.04 11.4 of the Base Indenture, the parties acknowledge that the Trustee has received an Officers' ’ Certificate and an Opinion of Counsel as conclusive evidence that this First Supplemental Indenture complies with the applicable requirements of the Indenture.
