Lessee, as a group, acknowledges receipt of: (a) ONE (1) copy of this Rental Agreement with ONE (1) copy of the East Lansing Lease Addendum attached and ONE (1) copy of the Lead Based Paint Disclourse with Pamphelt as require by Michigan law; (b) TWO (2) blank copies of a Inventory Checklist.
