Recall Right Sample Clauses
The Recall Right clause grants one party the authority to demand the return of goods, products, or materials previously delivered to another party. Typically, this right is exercised if the goods are defective, subject to a recall notice, or if regulatory requirements necessitate their withdrawal from the market. By establishing a clear process for recalling items, this clause helps ensure consumer safety, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation for both parties involved.
