REBATE DISCOUNTS. Although purchases of DVD and Game Product shall accrue toward the annual sales volume needed to receive Rebates. Rebate discounts will be applied to Audio and Video Product purchases only. Rebate discounts will not apply to DVD and Game Product purchases. Rebates are calculated on a yearly basis beginning on January 1, 1999. At year-end the Rebate will be calculated on Net Product Purchases for the calendar year (on a pro rata basis) and shall appear as a credit on Retailer's next invoice.
