Reasonable Time for Liquidating. A reasonable time shall be allowed for the orderly liquidation of the Company’s assets pursuant to Section 9.2 above in order to minimize the losses normally attendant upon such a liquidation.
Reasonable Time for Liquidating. A reasonable time shall be allowed for the orderly liquidation of the Company's assets pursuant to Section 23.2 above in order to reduce the risk of losses which might be attendant upon such a liquidation.
