Reasonable Consent. In aid to the Landlord's determination whether to consent to any assignment, transfer or subletting but without limiting reasons for which such consent may be withheld, Tenant, at Landlord's request, shall submit in writing to Landlord: (1) the name and legal composition of the proposed subtenant, assignee or transferees, and the nature of the transaction contemplated and purposes of it; (2) the nature of the proposed subtenant's business to be carried on in the Premises;

Reasonable Consent.
