Common use of Reasonable Consent Clause in Contracts

Reasonable Consent. In aid to the Landlord's determination whether to consent to any assignment, transfer or subletting but without limiting reasons for which such consent may be withheld, Tenant, at Landlord's request, shall submit in writing to Landlord: (1) the name and legal composition of the proposed subtenant, assignee or transferees, and the nature of the transaction contemplated and purposes of it; (2) the nature of the proposed subtenant's business to be carried on in the Premises;

Reasonable Consent. In aid If Tenant complies with the following conditions, Landlord shall not unreasonably withhold its consent to the Landlord's determination whether to consent to subletting of the Premises or any assignment, transfer portion thereof or subletting but without limiting reasons for which such consent may be withheld, Tenant, at Landlord's request, the assignment of this Lease. Tenant shall submit in writing to Landlord: ; (1a) the name and legal composition of the proposed subtenant, assignee subtenant or transferees, and the nature of the transaction contemplated and purposes of itassignee; (2b) the nature of the business proposed subtenant's business to be carried on in the Premises;; (c) the terms and provisions of the proposed sublease; (d) such reasonable financial information as Landlord may request concerning the proposed subtenant or assignee.
