Common use of Reasonable Best Efforts; Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Reasonable Best Efforts; Cooperation. (a) Each of the Parties shall each use its respective reasonable best efforts to take, or cause to be taken, all actions, and to do, or cause to be done, all things necessary, proper and advisable (including voting the Common Units) to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement as promptly as practicable.

Reasonable Best Efforts; Cooperation. (a) Each Upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement, each of the Parties shall each agrees to use its respective commercially reasonable best efforts to take, or cause to be taken, all actions, and to do, or cause to be done, and to assist and cooperate with the other Party in doing, all things necessary, proper and or advisable (including voting the Common Units) to consummate and make effective in the most expeditions manner practicable, the transactions contemplated by this Agreement as promptly as practicableand to obtain satisfaction or waiver of the conditions precedent to the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby.

(a) Each Subject to the terms and conditions herein provided, each of the Parties shall each hereto agrees to use its respective reasonable best efforts promptly to take, or cause to be taken, all actions, actions and to do, or cause to be done, all things necessary, proper or advisable under applicable laws and advisable (regulations, or otherwise, including voting the Common Units) attempting to obtain all necessary Consents, to consummate and make effective, as soon as practicable, the transactions contemplated by this Agreement as promptly as practicableAgreement.
