Reallocation and Assignment of Existing Revolving Loans and L/C Obligations with Respect to Existing Letters of Credit. The credit extensions and commitments made by the Existing Lenders and outstanding pursuant to the Existing Credit Agreement shall be assigned without recourse and re-allocated among the Lenders so that, and credit extensions and commitments shall be made by the Lenders pursuant to this Agreement so that, from and after the Closing Date, the respective commitments and credit extensions of the Lenders shall be in accordance with Schedule II. Credit extensions made by Existing Lenders shall, effective as of the Closing Date, be evidenced and governed by this Agreement and the Loan Documents.
