Common use of Realization upon Trust Student Loans Clause in Contracts

Realization upon Trust Student Loans. For the benefit of the Issuer, the Servicer shall use reasonable efforts consistent with its servicing practices and procedures that it utilizes with respect to comparable student loans that it services on behalf of SLM Corporation or any of its Affiliates and including all efforts that may be specified under the Higher Education Act or Guarantee Agreement in its servicing of any delinquent Trust Student Loans.

For the benefit of the Issuer, the Servicer shall use reasonable efforts consistent with its servicing practices and procedures that it utilizes with respect to comparable student loans that it services on behalf of SLM Corporation or any of Servicing Agreement its Affiliates and including all efforts that may be specified under the Higher Education Act or Guarantee Agreement in its servicing of any delinquent Trust Student Loans.

For the benefit of the Issuer, the Servicer shall use reasonable efforts consistent with its servicing practices and procedures that it utilizes with respect to comparable student loans that it services on behalf of SLM Education Credit Finance Corporation or any of its Affiliates and including all efforts that may be specified under the Higher Education Act or Guarantee Agreement in its servicing of any delinquent Trust Student Loans.
