Real Property Deed Clause Samples
A Real Property Deed is a legal document that formally transfers ownership of real estate from one party to another. It typically identifies the grantor (seller) and grantee (buyer), describes the property in detail, and is signed and often notarized to be legally effective. The deed may also specify any conditions or restrictions on the property. Its core practical function is to provide clear, legally recognized evidence of ownership and to ensure that the transfer of property rights is properly documented and enforceable.
