Common use of Real Estate Surveys Clause in Contracts

Real Estate Surveys. Such materials and information concerning the Real Estate subject to a Mortgage as the Administrative Agent may require, including, without limitation, (i) true and accurate surveys satisfactory to the Administrative Agent of all of the Real Estate, certified to the Administrative Agent and showing the location of any special flood hazard areas thereon in compliance with FEMA requirements, (ii) certificates of occupancy covering all of the Real Estate, and (iii) owner's affidavits or indemnities acceptable to the title insurance company as to such matters relating to the Real Estate as the Administrative Agent or title insurance company may request.
