Common use of Real Estate Contracts Clause in Contracts

Real Estate Contracts. All of the leasehold interests and easement interests in real property leased by Seller and used by the Station, including all agreements, leases, grants of easements and contracts of Seller relating to the tower, transmitter, studio site, and offices of the Station (the "Real Estate Contracts"), including all security or other deposits made with respect to such Real Estate Contracts, all as described in Section 1.1(d) of the Disclosure Schedule (the land, buildings and other improvements covered by the Real Property Contracts being herein called the "Leased Real Property.") The Buyer shall assume, pay and perform all obligations under such Real Estate Contracts accruing after the Closing Date to the extent such obligations relate to the period after the Closing Date.
