Common use of Real Estate Brokerage Clause in Contracts

Real Estate Brokerage. Each party represents that it has not had dealings with any real estate broker, finder or other person with respect to this Lease other than Amercon Realty (▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇) and DevMan Company (▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇), who have been paid a commission pursuant to a separate purchase agreement. Each party shall hold harmless the other party for, from and against all damages resulting from any claims that may be asserted against the other party by any other broker, finder, or other person, with whom the other party has or purportedly has dealt. Tenant acknowledges that no broker or agent shall have the right to make any representation or warranty on behalf of Landlord.
