REAFFIRMATION OF GUARANTY AGREEMENT. By their execution and delivery hereof, the undersigned Subsidiary Guarantors hereby acknowledge and agree to this Amendment, reaffirm the Subsidiary Guaranty Agreement given in favor of each Noteholder and their respective successors and assigns and acknowledge and agree that Excess Leverage Fees shall constitute additional obligations guaranteed under the Subsidiary Guaranty Agreement.
