Common use of Reaffirm Obligations Clause in Contracts

Upon termination of Executive’s employment with HCC, Executive, if requested by HCC, shall reaffirm in writing Executive’s recognition of the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of HCC’s Confidential Information and proprietary information, and reaffirm any other obligations set forth in this Agreement.
