Reading/Understanding Entire Agreement. Owner acknowledges he/she has been afforded ample opportunity to read this Agreement and to consult counsel if desired, and that he/she understands this Agreement limits the liability of the Marina and affects Owner's legal rights. Owner shall signify he/she has read, understands and fully agrees to abide by each term of the Agreement.
