Reading Teachers. Length of Work Year - The work year for Reading Teachers may include time beyond the teacher work year sufficient to complete the responsibilities of the position up to a maximum of five (5) days immediately prior to, during, and/or immediately following the teacher work year, as determined by the principal. Reading Teachers asked to work beyond the normal work year shall be compensated on a per diem basis.
