Read down. If any provision of this agreement is void, voidable, unenforceable, or illegal in its terms, but would not be void, voidable, unenforceable or illegal if it were read down, and it is capable of being read down, that provision is read down accordingly.
Read down. If any provision of this agreement or part of a provision of this agreement is or becomes legally ineffective, under the general law or by force of legislation, but would not have such effect if it were read down and, if it is capable of being read down, such provision or part of a provision shall be read down accordingly.
