RE-DRAWING Sample Clauses
The Re-Drawing clause establishes the right or process for revising or updating certain documents, plans, or specifications within an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the circumstances under which re-drawing may occur, such as when changes are required due to errors, regulatory updates, or client requests, and may specify who bears the associated costs or how approvals are managed. Its core practical function is to provide a structured mechanism for making necessary adjustments to key documents, thereby ensuring accuracy and adaptability throughout the course of a project or contractual relationship.
