Re-Distribution Clause Samples
The Re-Distribution clause governs how goods, products, or rights initially distributed to one party may be subsequently distributed or transferred to others. Typically, this clause outlines the conditions under which re-distribution is permitted, such as requiring prior consent, adherence to quality standards, or compliance with specific territorial restrictions. Its core practical function is to control and manage the flow of goods or rights beyond the original recipient, thereby protecting the interests of the original distributor and maintaining oversight over the distribution chain.
