Common use of Re: Article 501 Clause in Contracts

Re: Article 501. The Employer and the Union mutually agree that the Employer will provide the following information regarding Manitoba Nurses' Union members to the Manitoba Nurses' Union along with each monthly dues deduction list or special assessment deduction list:  First Name  (Middle Name)  Last Name  Amount of dues deducted Annually, upon written request, a list including the name, address and telephone number of each nurse currently in the bargaining unit shall be sent to the Union. This information may only be used by the Union for the purpose of communicating with its members. The Union commits to have in place reasonable administrative and physical safeguards to ensure the confidentiality and security of this information in accordance with F.I.P.P.A.
