RDC. RDC" shall mean the Rivergate Development Corporation, a Louisiana public benefit corporation.
RDC. RDC represents and warrants to Buyer that: (i) it shall not enter into any contracts or undertakings that would limit, conflict with, or constitute a breach of this Agreement; (ii) RDC is the governing body of the City of Fishers Redevelopment Department, which is organized and existing under the laws of the State of Indiana; (iii) it has the power: (A) to enter into this Agreement; and (B) to perform its obligations hereunder; (vii) it has been duly authorized by proper action: (A) to execute and deliver this Agreement; and (B) to perform its obligations hereunder, (viii) this Agreement is the legal, valid, and binding obligation of it; and
RDC. If RDC is selected by Company on the Setup Form, Bank will provide to Company RDC to enable Company to transmit images of Checks to Bank for deposit. RDC enables Company to use Equipment, consistent with the Bank’s requirements set forth in the Supporting Documents, to create Electronic Images and to transmit an Electronic File to Bank for deposit to the specified Account. After Bank receives Company’s Electronic File, Bank, at its sole option, may use the Electronic File to either: (a) create Substitute Check(s), that Bank presents to the Paying Bank; or (b) generate one or more electronic files (from the original Electronic File) for presentment directly or indirectly to Paying Bank.
RDC. For all work performed in excess of the ordinary rostered hours the following penalty rates will apply: Monday to Friday - time and a half for time worked in excess of ordinary hours; or Saturday – time and a half for the first two hours and double time thereafter; or Sunday – double time for all hours worked.
RDC. The remote deposit capture services are designed to allow you to make deposits to your checking accounts from home or other remote locations by taking a picture of your checks and delivering the images and associated deposit information to the Bank or the Bank’s designated processor. Any fee for RDC will be disclosed on the most recent Fee Schedule.

  • PRODUCER Provide the producer’s name, address (including country), e-mail address and telephone number, if different from the certifier or exporter or, if there are multiple producers, state “Various” or provide a list of producers. A person that wishes for this information to remain confidential may state “Available upon request by the importing authorities”. The address of a producer shall be the place of production of the good in a CPTPP country.

  • Quality Management System Supplier hereby undertakes, warrants and confirms, and will ensue same for its subcontractors, to remain certified in accordance with ISO 9001 standard or equivalent. At any time during the term of this Agreement, the Supplier shall, if so instructed by ISR, provide evidence of such certifications. In any event, Supplier must notify ISR, in writing, in the event said certification is suspended and/or canceled and/or not continued.

  • Quality Management Grantee will: 1. comply with quality management requirements as directed by the System Agency. 2. develop and implement a Quality Management Plan (QMP) that conforms with 25 TAC § 448.504 and make the QMP available to System Agency upon request. The QMP must be developed no later than the end of the first quarter of the Contract term. 3. update and revise the QMP each biennium or sooner, if necessary. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s governing body will review and approve the initial QMP, within the first quarter of the Contract term, and each updated and revised QMP thereafter. The QMP must describe ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s methods to measure, assess, and improve - i. Implementation of evidence-based practices, programs and research-based approaches to service delivery; ii. Client/participant satisfaction with the services provided by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇; iii. Service capacity and access to services; iv. Client/participant continuum of care; and v. Accuracy of data reported to the state. 4. participate in continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities as defined and scheduled by the state including, but not limited to data verification, performing self-reviews; submitting self-review results and supporting documentation for the state’s desk reviews; and participating in the state’s onsite or desk reviews. 5. submit plan of improvement or corrective action plan and supporting documentation as requested by System Agency. 6. participate in and actively pursue CQI activities that support performance and outcomes improvement. 7. respond to consultation recommendations by System Agency, which may include, but are not limited to the following: i. Staff training; ii. Self-monitoring activities guided by System Agency, including use of quality management tools to self-identify compliance issues; and iii. Monitoring of performance reports in the System Agency electronic clinical management system.

  • Contract Manager The Contract Manager for the Board is ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇. The Contract Manager for the Contractor is the Contractor. The parties shall direct all matters arising in connection with the performance of this Agreement, other than notices, to the attention of the Contract Managers for attempted resolution or action. The Contract Managers shall be responsible for overall resolution, action, coordination, and oversight relating to the performance of this Agreement.

  • Manufacturer A firm that operates or maintains a factory or establishment that produces on the premises, the materials or supplies obtained by the Contractor. Regular Dealer - A firm that owns, operates, or maintains a store, warehouse, or other establishment in which the materials or supplies required for the performance of the contract are bought, kept in stock, and regularly sold to the public in the usual course of business. A regular dealer engages in, as its principal business and in its own name, the purchase and sale or lease of the products in question. A regular dealer in such bulk items as steel, cement, gravel, stone, and petroleum products need not keep such products in stock, if it owns and operates distribution equipment for the products. Brokers and packagers are not regarded as manufacturers or regular dealers within the meaning of this section.
