RBT Clause Samples
RBT. RBF, ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, and ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agree to take all reasonable efforts to engage in patent enforcement seeking prohibitory injunctions against any person or entity that manufacturers, sells, or distributes any FRT during the life of U.S. Patent No. 10,514,223 patent, provided RBT, ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, and ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ have a good faith argument that the device is within the scope of the patent. The United States will not bear litigation costs of any patent enforcement actions.
RBT. Skillful Teacher Course Work
a. Completion of the ▇▇▇ “Skillful Teacher” course is a condition of employment for all new unit teachers with the exception of non-instructional unit staff. The course may be offered during the school day. Substitutes will be brought in for the teachers being required to take the course. If such an opportunity is given to these teachers, the teachers will complete the course prior to the end date of this agreement. Additionally, the School pays for the entire cost of the course. The cost will be in addition to the tuition reimbursement already in the contract.
