Raw Salary. The actual cost of salary (annual base salary (excluding bonuses) divided by 2080) of an employee of Engineer for each hour during which such employee is actively performing services of benefit to the City and directly related to the Project. Maximum Raw Salary rates by employee category for the duration of the Contract are shown on Exhibit "C" attached hereto and, by reference, incorporated.
