Common use of Ratings Clause in Contracts

Ratings. At any time when the Initial Lender is a Lender, the Borrower shall, upon request by the Initial Lender, use its reasonable best efforts to obtain a public rating in respect of the Loans by any two of S&P, Xxxxx’x and Fitch in connection with any contemplated assignment of, or participation in, the Loans.

Ratings.
