Common use of Ratings Clause in Contracts

Ratings. Borrower will at all times this Agreement is in effect maintain a S&P Rating and a Xxxxx’x Rating (or if one or both of such ratings are unavailable, rating(s) from such other recognized national rating agency or agencies as may be acceptable to the Administrative Agent and the Required Banks).

Ratings. The Borrower will at all times this Agreement is in effect maintain a S&P Rating and a Xxxxx’x Rating (or if one or both of such ratings are unavailable, rating(s) from such other recognized national rating agency or agencies as may be acceptable to the Administrative Agent and the Required Banks).
