Rating Agency Services. To the extent that (x) the following services are not provided by the other Service Providers, and (y) the relevant information is provided to the Administrative Agent by WEST and each other Managed Group Member or the Service Providers or is otherwise available to the Administrative Agent, acting as liaison with the Rating Agencies with respect to the rating impact of any decisions on behalf of WEST and each other Managed Group Member, the Administrative Agent shall perform the following supplemental services:
