Rating Agency Information. At any time the Facility is actively rated by Morningstar, the Servicer shall, and the Borrower shall cause the Servicer to, provide Morningstar with all information reasonably requested by Morningstar in connection with its rating of this Facility that is reasonably available to the Borrower or the Servicer, as applicable.
