Common use of Ratifications Clause in Contracts

Ratifications. The terms and provisions set forth in this Amendment shall modify and supersede all inconsistent terms and provisions set forth in the Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents, and, except as expressly modified and superseded by this Amendment, the terms and provisions of the Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents are ratified and confirmed and shall continue in full force and effect. Borrower and Lender agree that the Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents, as amended hereby, shall continue to be legal, valid, binding and enforceable in accordance with their respective terms.

Ratifications. The terms and provisions set forth in this Amendment shall modify and supersede all inconsistent terms and provisions set forth in the Loan Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents, and, except as expressly modified and superseded by this Amendment, the terms and provisions of the Loan Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents are ratified and confirmed and shall continue in full force and effect. Borrower Borrower, Lenders and Lender Agent agree that the Loan Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents, as amended hereby, shall continue to be legal, valid, binding and enforceable in accordance with their respective terms. Borrower agrees that this Amendment is not intended to and shall not cause a novation with respect to any or all of the Obligations.

Borrower The Loan Parties and Lender the Lenders agree that the Credit Agreement and Term Loan Agreement as amended hereby and the other Loan Documents, as amended hereby, Transaction Documents shall continue to be legal, valid, binding and enforceable in accordance with their respective terms.

The terms and provisions set forth in this Amendment shall modify and supersede all inconsistent terms and provisions set forth in the Loan Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents, and, except as expressly modified and superseded by this Amendment, the terms and provisions of the Loan Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents are ratified and confirmed and shall continue in full force and effect. Borrower The Borrowers, the Lenders and Lender the Administrative Agent agree that the Loan Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents, as amended hereby, shall continue to be legal, valid, binding and enforceable in accordance with their respective terms.

Ratifications. The terms and provisions set forth in this Amendment shall modify and supersede all inconsistent terms and provisions set forth in the Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents, and, except as expressly modified and superseded by this Amendment, the terms and provisions of the Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents are ratified and confirmed and shall continue in full force and effect. Borrower Borrower, Agent and Lender Lenders agree that the Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents, as amended hereby, shall continue to be legal, valid, binding and enforceable in accordance with their respective terms.

Ratifications. The terms and provisions set forth in this Amendment shall modify and supersede all inconsistent terms and provisions set forth in the Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents, and, except as expressly modified and superseded by this Amendment, the terms and provisions of the Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents are ratified and confirmed and shall continue in full force and effect. Borrower Borrower, Required Lenders, Issuing Bank and Lender Agent agree that the Loan Agreement as amended hereby and the other Loan Documents, as amended hereby, Documents shall continue to be legal, valid, binding and enforceable in accordance with their respective terms.

The terms and provisions set forth in this Amendment shall modify and supersede all inconsistent terms and provisions set forth in the Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents, and, Documents and except as expressly modified and superseded by this Amendment, the terms and provisions of the Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents are ratified and confirmed and shall continue in full force and effect. Borrower Borrowers, Agents and Lender the Banks agree that the Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents, as amended hereby, hereby shall continue to be legal, valid, binding and enforceable in accordance with their respective its terms.

The terms and provisions set forth in this Amendment shall modify and supersede all inconsistent terms and provisions set forth in the Loan Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents, and, except as expressly modified and superseded by this Amendment, the terms and provisions of the Loan Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents are ratified and confirmed and shall continue in full force and effect. Borrower Borrower, the other Loan Parties, Lenders and Lender Agent agree that the Loan Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents, as amended hereby, shall continue to be legal, valid, binding and enforceable in accordance with their respective terms. Borrower and the other Loan Parties agrees that this Amendment is not intended to and shall not cause a novation with respect to any or all of the Obligations.

Borrower Borrower, the Agent, the Banks and Lender the Issuing Banks agree that the Loan Agreement as amended hereby and the other Loan Documents, as amended hereby, Documents shall continue to be legal, valid, binding and enforceable in accordance with their respective terms.

The terms and provisions set forth in this Amendment shall modify and supersede all inconsistent terms and provisions set forth in the Loan Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents, and, except as expressly modified and superseded by this Amendment, the terms and provisions of the Loan Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents are ratified and confirmed and shall continue in full force and effect. Borrower Each of the Loan Parties, the Agent, and Lender agree the Lenders agrees that the Loan Credit Agreement as amended hereby and the other Loan Documents, as amended hereby, Documents shall continue to be legal, valid, binding binding, and enforceable in accordance with their respective terms.

Borrower Borrower, Spectrum Integrated Services, Inc. (by its execution below), the Banks and Lender Agent agree that the Loan Agreement and the other Loan DocumentsAgreement, as amended hereby, and the other Loan Documents shall continue to be legal, valid, binding and enforceable in accordance with their respective terms.

The terms and provisions set forth in this Amendment shall modify and supersede all inconsistent terms and provisions set forth in the Loan Agreement and the other Loan DocumentsAgreement, and, except as expressly modified and superseded by this Amendment, the terms and provisions of the Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents are ratified and confirmed and shall continue in full force and effect. The Borrower and the Lender agree that the Loan Agreement and the other Loan DocumentsAgreement, as amended hereby, shall continue to be legal, valid, binding and enforceable in accordance with their its respective terms.
