Common use of Ratification of Collateral Documents Clause in Contracts

Ratification of Collateral Documents. As inducement for the Lender to enter into the Amendment Five to Amended and Restated Revolving Credit and Term Loan Agreement (“Amendment”) dated effective November 28, 2014, to which this Ratification is affixed, the undersigned hereby agrees to the Amendment, including Section 3.6
