Ratification Definitions. Except as expressly amended hereby, all terms and provisions of the Lease shall remain in full force and effect and are hereby ratified and reaffirmed. Except as expressly defined herein, the defined terms employed in this First Amendment shall have the same meaning as ascribed to such terms in the Lease.
