Ratification and Distribution. Any agreement reached by the parties shall be reduced to writing and shall be submitted to the membership of the Association for ratification, and to the Board for ratification. Following approval by the Association and the Board, copies of the written agreement, signed by the President and Secretary of the Board and President and Secretary of the Association, shall become part of the official minutes of the District and shall be prepared for distribution to the Board and the employees covered by this contract as soon as practicable with the costs for this to be equally shared by the Board and Association. Agreements reached shall become part of the Master Contract.
