Common use of Ratification and Acknowledgment Clause in Contracts

Ratification and Acknowledgment. All of the representations, warranties, provisions, covenants, terms and conditions of the Original Agreement not amended herein shall remain unaltered and in full force and effect. The Original Agreement, as amended hereby, is in all respects agreed to, ratified and confirmed by the Company.
