Common use of RATIFICATION AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT Clause in Contracts

RATIFICATION AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. The Borrower, each of the Guarantors and the Lender does hereby adopt, ratify and confirm the Agreement, as the same is amended hereby, and acknowledges and agrees that the Agreement, as amended hereby, is and remains in full force and effect.
