Common use of Rated Capacity Clause in Contracts

Rated Capacity. Rated capacities for various equipment referred to in Schedule "A" are maximum manufacturer's factory rating for struck capacity of the machine. The rate of pay for other classifications involving bucket sizes shall be determined by the manufacturer's factory rating or bucket size, whichever is greater.
