Rate Increases/Modifications. The above Rate has been based upon the Seller’s current rate for power purchases from its power supplier and other factors impacting Seller’s rates. Seller does not provide any rate guarantees, and Seller reserves the right to change and/or modify the Rate charged hereunder at the discretion of the Seller’s Board of Directors. Seller agrees that any rate changes will be made on a non-discriminatory manner.
