Rate Design. Staff reviewed the Company’s current rate design in its investigation. The current rate design is a quarterly flat rate for single-family dwellings as there are no meters for recording water usage. Staff is not making any recommendations to change the Company’s current rate design in this case but plans to revisit the rate design in any future rate case proceeding. (▇▇▇▇▇)
