Rate Conforming Changes. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein or in any other Loan Document, Bank shall have the right to make Rate Conforming Changes from time to time and, any amendments or modifications to any Loan Document implementing or evidencing such Rate Conforming Changes will become effective without any further action or consent of Borrower.
