Repayment of Funds Unless Treasury extends the time period, a recipient shall repay to the Secretary any amounts subject to recoupment in accordance with instructions provided by Treasury:
Debt Due (a) If the LHIN requires the re-payment by the HSP of any Funding, the amount required will be deemed to be a debt owing to the Crown by the HSP. The LHIN may adjust future funding instalments to recover the amounts owed or may, at its discretion direct the HSP to pay the amount owing to the Crown and the HSP shall comply immediately with any such direction.
Repayment of Indebtedness Except as disclosed in the Registration Statement and the Prospectus, the Company does not intend to use any of the proceeds from the sale of the Shares to repay any debt owed to the Sales Agent or the Forward Seller or any affiliate thereof.
