Rangers Assignment Clause Samples

The "Rangers Assignment" clause establishes the conditions under which rights or obligations under the agreement may be transferred or assigned to another party. Typically, this clause outlines whether such assignments require prior written consent from the other party, or if certain assignments are permitted automatically, such as to affiliates or in connection with a merger or sale of assets. Its core practical function is to control and clarify the circumstances in which contractual responsibilities and benefits can be shifted, thereby preventing unwanted or unauthorized transfers and ensuring all parties are aware of and agree to any changes in who is bound by the contract.
