Range Reassignments Clause Samples

The Range Reassignments clause defines the process and conditions under which assigned ranges—such as territories, product lines, or responsibilities—can be modified or reallocated between parties. Typically, this clause outlines the circumstances that may trigger a reassignment, such as changes in business needs, performance issues, or mutual agreement, and may specify notice requirements or procedures for implementing the change. Its core practical function is to provide flexibility and adaptability in the agreement, ensuring that the allocation of ranges remains effective and relevant as circumstances evolve.
