Ramp Attendant. Comprises all those who perform any of the following functions: • Load/unload aircraft • Provide services to the aircraft on the ground as required • Assist Customer Service Agents if so required • Assist passengers with mobility and special needs • Perform commissary duties as part of the specialized work function • Daily vehicle/equipment checklist • Required to be qualified and maintain qualification on all ramp equipment • Perform other duties and functions related to the foregoing • Assist Cargo Attendants if so required
