Raf Technology Clause Samples
The 'Raf Technology' clause defines the specific technologies, systems, or intellectual property developed or owned by Raf Technology that are relevant to the agreement. This clause typically outlines what constitutes Raf Technology, such as proprietary software, hardware, or patented processes, and may specify how these assets can be used, licensed, or protected within the context of the contract. Its core practical function is to clearly delineate the scope of Raf Technology covered by the agreement, ensuring both parties understand their rights and obligations regarding its use and safeguarding against unauthorized use or infringement.
