No real property of the Borrower, no interest or interests of any kind, including beneficial interest or interests, mortgages, and leases, in or on real property of the Borrower, and no personal property, including money, of the Borrower, has ever been, is now, or is in any way reasonably anticipated by the Borrower to become, subject to any lien, notice, civil investigative demand, action, suit, or any proceeding pursuant to the RICO Lien Acts.
