Rack/Bay Space Sample Clauses
The Rack/Bay Space clause defines the allocation and use of physical space within a facility, typically for the installation of equipment such as servers, telecommunications hardware, or other machinery. This clause specifies the exact location, dimensions, and any access rights or restrictions associated with the designated rack or bay space, and may outline responsibilities for maintenance, security, and compliance with facility rules. Its core practical function is to ensure both parties have a clear understanding of space usage, thereby preventing disputes over access, capacity, or operational responsibilities.
Rack/Bay Space. The rack/bay space charge includes reasonable charges for air conditioning, ventilation and other allocated expenses associated with maintenance of the Remote Site Location, and includes amperage necessary to power TelCove’s equipment. TelCove shall pay rack/bay space charges based upon the number of racks/bays requested. BellSouth will assign Remote Collocation Space in conventional remote site rack/bay lineups where technically feasible.
