R ECORDS RETENTION. You shall maintain and store in either electronic or written form all documents, data and/or records in respect of Your membership in MMSW and obligations under the Agreement to substantiate and verify the amount of WPP set out in each Annual ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Report for a period of five (5) years from the filing date of each Annual ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Report. This includes all supporting data and/or records (as applicable) for each Annual ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Report.
