Quote Validation Sample Clauses

Quote Validation. Upon submission of a Quote by CSR, an automatic Platform generated notification email shall be sent to CSR and Distributor. Upon receipt of such notification, CSR shall have twenty-four (24) business hours to confirm or dispute the Quote to the Distributor. For purposes of this Section, CSR may confirm or dispute the Quote by emailing Distributor. In the event CSR disputes the Quote within twenty-four (24) business hours, Distributor will not validate the Quote and the Quote will be cancelled. In the event CSR confirms the Quote, or fails to confirm or dispute the Quote within twenty-four (24) business hours, Distributor will process the Quote.
