IRS Forms If requested by the Representative, the Company shall deliver to each Underwriter (or its agent), prior to or at the Closing Date, a properly completed and executed Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) Form W-9 or an IRS Form W-8, as appropriate, together with all required attachments to such form.

Alternative Forms of Notice Any notice or request required or permitted to be given by a Party to the other Parties and not required by this Agreement to be given in writing may be so given by telephone, facsimile or email to the telephone numbers and email addresses set out in Appendix F hereto.
Deposit’s Format Registry objects, such as domains, contacts, name servers, registrars, etc. will be compiled into a file constructed as described in draft-‐xxxxx-‐xxxxxxx-‐registry-‐data-‐escrow, see Part A, Section 9, reference 1 of this Specification and draft-‐xxxxx-‐noguchi-‐dnrd-‐objects-‐mapping, see Part A, Section 9, reference 2 of this Specification (collectively, the “DNDE Specification”). The DNDE Specification describes some elements as optional; Registry Operator will include those elements in the Deposits if they are available. If not already an RFC, Registry Operator will use the most recent draft version of the DNDE Specification available at the Effective Date. Registry Operator may at its election use newer versions of the DNDE Specification after the Effective Date. Once the DNDE Specification is published as an RFC, Registry Operator will implement that version of the DNDE Specification, no later than one hundred eighty (180) calendar days after. UTF-‐8 character encoding will be used.
Contract Forms This Section contains forms which, once completed, will form part of the Contract. The forms for Performance Security and Advance Payment Security, when required, shall only be completed by the successful tenderer after contract award.
BID FORMS All bids shall be submitted on the County’s standard Bid Response Form. Modification of the Bid Response Form herein or submission of Bids on Bidder’s quotation forms shall not be accepted and shall be deemed non-responsive.
Policy Forms Except as otherwise specifically provided herein, or agreed to in writing by OGS, policies must be written on an occurrence basis.
DISTRIBUTION OF CONTRACTOR PRICE LIST AND CONTRACT APPENDICES Contractor shall provide Authorized Users with electronic copies of the Contract, including price lists and Appendices, upon request. OGS CENTRALIZED CONTRACT MODIFICATIONS Contract Updates will be handled as provided in Appendix C – Contract Modification Procedures.
