QUOTATION PRICE. 1. Advice, prices, catalogues, samples, quotations for goods, works or repairs are provided entirely without obligation and without incurring any responsibility or liability. 2. A quotation is valid for the period specified, normally no more than two months. The price information applies only to the purpose and quantities referred to in the quotation. 3. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ reserves the right to refuse orders in the event of demonstrable events that call trust in the customer into question. The order confirmation defines the purpose and terms and conditions of the contract.
QUOTATION PRICE. 8.1 Where a quotation is given by Abseil Access for goods and services: a. The quotation shall be valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. b. Abseil Access reserves the right to alter the quotation where the quotation has been submitted based on plans or has been based upon work and/or quantities in an area that cannot be viewed until the work is undertaken and/or a Latent Condition exists or circumstances exist beyond the control of Abseil Access on identification of which the quotation may be reviewed and altered at Abseil Access's discretion. Notwithstanding that any quotation has stated that it is a quotation then in the circumstances set out in this clause, it shall be read as an estimate only.

Ignite Heat Pumps reserves the right to alter the quotation where the quotation has been submitted based on plans or has been based upon work in an area of a building that cannot be viewed until the work is undertaken, or a Latent Condition exists or circumstances exist beyond the control of Ignite Heat Pumps dictate the quotation may be reviewed and altered at Ignite Heat Pumps discretion. Notwithstanding that any quotation has stated that it is a quotation in the circumstances set out in this clause 9b, it shall be read as an estimate only.
