Common use of QUOTATION; LISTING Clause in Contracts

QUOTATION; LISTING. If AFC Common Stock or any other securities to be acquired in connection with the exercise of the Option are then authorized for quotation or trading or listing on the Nasdaq or any securities exchange, AFC, upon the request of Holder, will promptly file an application, if required, to authorize for quotation or trading or listing the shares of AFC Common Stock or other securities to be acquired upon exercise of the Option on the Nasdaq or such other securities exchange and will use its best efforts to obtain approval, if required, of such quotation or listing as soon as practicable.
